The UT Technical Plan Development Engineer is responsible for developing detailed Ultrasonic Testing (UT) inspection plans in alignment with client specifications, project requirements, and Element’s operating procedures. Working closely with UT Level 3 personnel, and operations teams, the engineering intern plays a critical role in onboarding new parts and defining inspection scopes for repeatable success This role ensures that each UT plan is designed with safety, repeatability, and efficiency in mind—supporting consistent, high-quality inspections and long-term client satisfaction. Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 /year (Depending on Experience)
