As a member of the operations team, the Machining position performs a variety of routine and non-routine machining assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision.  The operator position must be proficient in a number of core business skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures. Salary: $25- $30/hr DOE  

Element has an opportunity for a Computed Tomography NDT Level III Technician onsite at our customers facility in our embedded lab. You will be responsible for conducting tomography testing in accordance with company approved procedures while paying close attention to safety and project timelines. Specifically reading the generated images, identifying indications, evaluating the indications per the acceptance criteria for the order, and dispositioning that image and the part under test. 

The primary function of the Construction Materials Testing Technician is to provide construction representative testing and inspection services on various construction and land development projects.Work schedule may be variable including nights and weekends depending on contractor’s schedules. Salary: $25- $30/hr DOE  

Element has an opportunity for a EMC Test Engineer who can apply engineering problem solving skills to evaluate wireless devices for global Regulatory compliance involving EMC/RF Testing for wireless consumer technologies in a fast-paced environment and industry. Performs testing of the latest cellular (4G/5G) and unlicensed (WIFI/BT/etc.) technologies to determine FCC (US) and ISED (Canada), and other global regulatory body compliance. Salary: $38-45/hr

Element has an opportunity for a Senior Metallurgical Engineer/Certified Weld Inspector to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Senior Engineer/CWI position performs a variety of routine and non-routine weldment testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision. Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 DOE
