Overview

Element has an opportunity for a NDT chemical processing trainee to join our growing team. To conduct daily Etch tests in accordance with company approved procedures while paying close attention to safety and project timelines.

 

Salary: Min Starting $17/hr

 

Responsibilities

  • Process parts per Element procedures and/or specifications
  • Conduct daily Etch logs in accordance with written company procedures
  • Maintain related test equipment and tools in good working condition
  • Complete assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Etching experience a plus
  • Familiar with testing codes and standards
  • Experience in interpreting testing procedures and requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events/projects in the community
  • Well developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs
