Sales Operations Analyst

Element has an opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the Americas Region’s commercial operating rhythm while partnering with Sales, IT, Finance, and Operations.


This role will be involved with opportunity management, reporting and dashboards, sales process, sales initiatives, and sales enablement activities. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Director, Americas, this role contributes to the Commercial and Americas Leadership teams in the day-to-day execution including reporting, processes, and tools. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal end-users and cross-functional data teams to proactively solve problems and implement effective, scalable reporting and dashboard solutions. 



  • Leveraging data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Ensure reporting, analytics and dashboard needs are met for the Commercial team
  • Build and manage DCRM and PowerBI reports and dashboards and conduct ad hoc analyses to help support the needs of the Commercial and Leadership teams
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand what data is useful for regular review
  • Collaborate with IT and Commercial teams to make recommendations for improvements of systems and tools (DCRM, PowerBI, etc.)

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analyst, Revenue Operations, or similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and business analytics software
  • Solid understanding of sales performance and financial metrics required
