Element has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant at our Eagan, MN lab.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, and cares about providing customers with a great experience.  We are a lifescience lab, and this is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their administrative skills and experience.



  • Greets all visitors to the lab and performs check-in process
  • Assists Operations Support and Management with various administrative needs

  • Electronic data entry and document scanning

  • Reviews client reports and other documents as needed  

Skills / Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business or Technical field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative function in a technical or laboratory environment
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing to all levels of people inside and outside the organization
  •  Strong general office and organizational skills, filing, setting up and maintaining systems to support the organization
  • Understand and maintain confidential nature of customer, organization and employee information
