Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Contracts Specialist. You will reponsible for supporting the Americas Commercial team by overseeing contracts through their entire lifecycle. The Contract Specialist owns the Element Contract Management process from contract initiation to execution. They are also responsible for post-execution governance which includes periodic obligation reviews and quarterly global reviews.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review, evaluate, and edit commercial contracts to ensure they are in compliance with Element’s acceptable terms and conditions. Contractual agreements to include MSAs, LTAs and other service related agreements
  • Act as the liaison between the Commercial and Legal teams and prioritize review of agreements which require additional oversight by Element’s legal team
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Excellence team to streamline and improve the Contract Management Process, training for Commercial team members, and the Contract Management System

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance or ther relevant field
  • 3-5 years experience reviewing, negotiating and approving business contract term
  • Experience with managing a defined contract process and Contract Management System
