Operations Customer Support Representative - 1 Year Contract

Job Locations CA-AB-Calgary


Element has an opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact of our clients. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.



  • Proactively manage client projects
  • Take client calls and satisfy client requests, for a variety of items including; additional analysis, reports, invoice status, pricing, sampling status, billing, etc.
  • Accept and monitor samples
  • Create new clients in LIMS and un-expire agreements
  • Follow the Quality System as documented in the Quality Manual
  • This is for a full-time, one year contract

Skills / Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary education in Chemistry or other Science related Field
  • Effective communications skills
  • Effective time management
  • Basic technical knowledge of test methods
  • Knowledge of LIMS systems an asset
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Excellent phone skills and problem solving skills
