Compliance Engineer I

PCTEST Engineering Laboratory, proud to be a part of Element, has an opportunity for an Compliance Engineer I to apply compliance within Regulatory, Industry, and/or Carrier standards, technical RF (Radio Frequecy) concepts for testing and evaluation of electronic and wireless RF devices in an engineering laboratory environment.  You will be evaluating and testing wireless RF and electronic devices, executing test plans, developing test procedures for determining compliance requirements in a timely manner to meet client expectations. 



  • Performs and analyze EMC compliance testing and evaluations per regulatory specifications
  • Compiling and reporting test results using MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Evaluate devices and determine applicable standards
  • Interface and communicate with clients and engineering teams in a technical and professional manner
  • Work in a team environment and assist in development and improvement of test methodologies, reporting, coordination of various tasks, etc.
  • Coordinating and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required
  • Must be customer-focused, organized, good communication skills, fast learner, team player, and detail-oriented
  • 3-6 years of Wireless, EMC, or RF related experience required
