Facility Project Coordinator

Analytical Lab Corp, proud to be part of Element, is hiring a Facility Project Coordinator to manage a laboratory and office expansion project and assist with various other tasks associated with integration and growth needs.



  • Project management and coordination of a laboratory and office expansion project currently in progress
  • Primary contact and coordinator working with the construction vendors, IT vendors for construction project, and communication of project progress with ALG management and employees
  • Maintain a timeline for the project and keep updated with progression of the project to keep ALG employees updated.
  • Coordinate transfer and installation of furniture to new office suite
  • Assist with laboratory supply ordering process and maintaining warehouse inventory

Skills / Qualifications

  • Minimum Associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years applicable of experience in a project management
  • Able to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage own work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work unsupervised, make moderate level decisions independently, and solve problems effectively and creatively
  • Perform occasional lifting of equipment and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Hear, speak and effectively verbally communicate in the English language, including following oral and written instructions, in order to communicate with people inside and outside the organization
  • Stand or sit for extended periods of time and perform long hours of laboratory work requiring manual dexterity.
  • Apply manual dexterity and visual acuity for computer keyboarding, dishwashing, and general laboratory procedures.
  • Move around the lab area repeatedly throughout the day
