Element has an opportunity for a Intern, Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team. The primary function of the Intern, Human Resources Administrator is to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties including but not limited to record-keeping, training, auditing, and new hire onboarding.
Supporting Aerospace West locations; California, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado
Ensure onboarding check lists, access to ADP and timeclocks, and any other applicable IT systems are available on day one
Maintains hard copy employee records, including I9 paperwork, in designated secure locations
