Overview

Analytical Lab Corp, proud to be part of Element Materials Technology, is hiring Client Services Specialist to work in a fast-paced environment creating and processing documents for our clients.  The ideal candidate has high attention to detail, as well as exemplary client service and project management skills.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with the commercial team in implementing and maintaining systems to ensure that quality documents are prepared, appropriate departmental deadlines are met and work continues to flow efficiently
  • Generates protocols and non-GLP Test Request Forms (TRFs)
  • Monitors status of in-process protocols and TRFs. Follows up with project requestor to ensure timely turnaround of information to clients
  • Communicates updated scheduling information as well as information regarding status of protocols or reports to clients
  • Communicates effectively with clients and Study Directors regarding reports, protocols, and all other projects
  • Communicates with clients to clarify any discrepancies in testing paperwork
  • Understands and interprets price book and quotes to ensure accurate protocol generation
  • Keep client communication and project progress up to date in Salesforce and in Analytical Lab Group-Midwest operational management (AccuraLIMS) system.Acts as primary/backup for front desk

Skills / Qualifications

  • Up to two years’ applicable experience in a business, technical, or laboratory environment
  • Two or four-year college degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Internet
  • Knowledge of business English, correspondence formats, spelling and grammar sufficient to proofread materials and to ensure the accuracy and completeness of written communications
  • Ability to organize and track multiple projects in a detail-oriented and self-directed manner
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with EPA or FDA Good Laboratory Practice Regulations (40 CFR Part 160 or 21 CFR Part 58) preferred
  • Knowledge of laboratory terminology preferred
  • Able to lift boxes and general office supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Hear, speak and effectively verbally communicate in the English language, including following oral and written instructions, in order to communicate with people inside and outside the organization.
  • Sit at a desk for extended periods of time while performing work on a computer
  • Apply manual dexterity and visual acuity for computer keyboarding, use of office equipment, and review of detailed data and information
  • Move around the office areas repeatedly throughout the day
