Associate Technician , EMC/RF

PCTEST Engineering Laboratory, now a part of the Element group, has an opportunity for a Junior Laboratory Technician, EMC/RF, to join our rapidly expanding team.  You will have the opportunity to learn and apply standard testing techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform assigned tasks as part of a broader assignment.  Also, the position will be assuming additional departmental tasks and will collaboratively use judgment to determine adaptations in methods for routine aspects of assignments.



  • Performs basic testing and reporting
  • Compile test results using Word, Excel and Acrobat
  • Assists on other tasks such as System Verifications, Training, and Report Quality Review
  • Troubleshoots issues with connectivity and prototype devices
  • Collaborates daily with managers and test engineers
  • Interfaces and communicates with staff in a technical and professional manner

Skills / Qualifications

  • AS Degree in Engineering required from an ABET accredited or equivalent institution or higher
  • Organized, critical thinker, team player, detail oriented, comfortable with troubleshooting
  • Acquires complete knowledge and develops skills in a specific practice area with excellent performance
