  • Overview

    Element has an opportunity for a Project Management Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team in one of the various laboratories across Element, the Project Management Coordinator position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision. This position requires that you must be proficient in a number of core business skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.



    • Prepare composite material specimens for testing
    • Maintain organized work areas to support testing projects
    • Perform inspection as directed by customer specifications
    • Operate under the supervision of a Project Manager
    • Perform data entry and documentation
    • Create schedules and track projects though to completion
    • Move material around facility as needed to meet expected completion dates

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Ability to work safely in a dynamic environment
    • HS diploma or GED certificate preferred. College or vocational school coursework a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, Word
    • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry a plus

    Physical Demands:

    • Frequency of required physical force: Minimum (moderate).
    • Lifting requirements: lifting <50 lbs. often and > 50 lbs. on occasion
    • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
    • Ability to lift 50+lbs periodically
