Element has an opportunity for a LIMS Product Director to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of a next-generation Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) supporting our Aerospace and Energy Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) operations.
This is a product-centric leadership role responsible for evolving LIMS into a scalable, modern platform that enables both destructive and non-destructive testing (DT/NDT) workflows across highly technical and regulated laboratory environments.
You will lead a cross-functional development organization building a modern LIMS ecosystem leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and AI-enabled tools—driving improved data integrity, operational efficiency, and speed-to-value for laboratory and business stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role: 3 days in our Blue Ash location & 2 days remote
