Element has an opportunity for a Program Manager to join our growing lab. The primary
function of the Program Manager is to be the customers main point of contact for technical
and project scope details. This role will provide technical support and project guidance to
the technicians and engineers. The Program Manager will oversee the project from
inception to completion, taking responsibility for the quality, and scope of the projects. In
addition, they will be responsible to identify the technical issues of assigned accounts.

Salary: $75K-$95K/yr DOE
• Review project quotes to determine their requirements and time estimates, project
plan, and establish project timelines for Department managers.
• Work between Sales and Operational team to ensure all quote requirements are
met, and each department has the necessary tools and experience to perform the
work quoted.
• Define full scope of projects including specification requirements, ensure the
project gets built into the Laboratory Information
• Management System (LIMS) and manage until completion.
• Offer technical solutions to solve testing problems. Able to deal with complex
technical issues in situations where data or information is incomplete, inconsistent,
or unpredictable, drawing on a wide range of internal and external sources to make
informed judgments.
• Receive completed test data and review for accuracy.
• Develop a detailed and well-written report to submit to customers upon the
completion of the project when required by the customer.
• Respond to any technical customer follow-up questions.

and a team player. The person for this role will be a specialist in their field, respected by all
who they work with, keen to learn and enthusiastic in the face of challenge. You will:
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Materials Science, or 10 years’ experience in
related field
• 5 years of Project Management experience within an aerospace testing facility
and/or in a related position.
• Previous CAD experience is valuable for this position. Excellent attention to detail
and strong written communication
