Element is looking for a full-time Laboratory Technician I to join our Lafayette laboratory, a full-service environmental testing facility supporting municipalities, industrial clients, engineering firms, and government agencies. The lab conducts bioassays, GLP-compliant toxicity testing, wastewater and air/emissions analysis, and soil and groundwater testing under programs such as RCRA, NPDES, and UST. In this role, you will perform routine and non-routine tests, ensuring accurate, timely results while following all safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative lab environment.
