Overview

Our Element Fort Myers location is seeking a Program Manager, ASNT Radiographic testing (RT) Level III with strong technical and program management experience to manage the Radiography Department – within both lab and field services. This position is located onsite at our Fort Myers, FL location.

Responsibilities

  • Review and provide approval of reports developed at NIC Fort Myers Lab.
  • Supervise NDT Level II technician(s)
  • Maintain and communicate project status in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with the client(s), employees and required support personnel and define any purchasing, licensing, recruiting and compliance issues
  • Develop & Maintain relationships with current & prospective clients
  • Manage field leads and technicians
  • Track and dispatch RT rigs, ensuring minimal loss of billable time / maximum daily rig utilization;
  • Frequently visit site locations to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers;
  • Manage NDE and Safety equipment utilization;
  • Communication of company policy/ contractual commitment to employees and clients.
  • Define RT program scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Drive continuous improvement in program execution and governance

Skills / Qualifications

  • ASNT Level III RT Radiographic testing Required. 
  • CWI Preferred or ability to obtain. 
  • Current and Valid Driver's License 
  • Reporting experience 
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, gas and oil)

  • Familiarity and experience with RT-level governance and reporting structures

  • Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
