Element has an opportunity for a Strategic Growth Manager to join our rapidly growing business. The Strategic Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth initiatives in the LCF/HCF department ensuring the laboratory’s growth trajectory keeps pace with Element Strategic Plan. This role with have a strategic voice in driving equipment, people and procedure decisions in the lab. The right candidate must have a strategic mindset and be able to influence the lab to achieve our collective strategic goals. This role is instrumental in driving the doubling of the LCF/HCF department by 2028.
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000/yr DOE

Education and/or Experience
• Previous experience in leading laboratory expansion, Kaizen/Lean events, and safety committees.
• Industry knowledge of LCF/HCF standards and clients.
Language Skills
•Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, customer testing specifications, and procedure manuals.
•Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Reasoning Ability
•Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
•Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, data and details furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
•Sound analytical and troubleshooting skills are required.
Physical Demands
• Frequency of required physical force: Occasional
• Lifting requirements: lifting <50 lbs. often
• Ability to stand on feet for 25% of time.
Other Skills and Abilities
• Experience in interpreting testing procedures and requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proficiency in LIMS and AX
• Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs. Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect.
• Ability to interface with all internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients
• Limited travel <5% involved
