We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA consultant with hands-on experience in UiPath to join our Solutions and Insights team. As a mid-level developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting automation workflows across business units. You’ll work closely with SMEs/process owners, and other developers to deliver scalable, maintainable, and efficient RPA solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath in alignment with business requirements and automation best practices.
Dedicated support and maintenance of existing RPA solutions which are in Production.
Participate in the full RPA lifecycle – from identification and assessment of automation opportunities through to implementation and support.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.
Create technical documentation including high level design, PDDs, SDDs, and solution support documents.
Maintain and enhance existing automations as per change requests or performance issues.
Monitor and support production robots, ensuring business continuity and quick resolution of incidents.
Apply exception handling and logging mechanisms to improve robustness and maintainability.
Contribute to reusable component libraries and development standards.
Participate in peer code reviews and support other developers in projects.
1-3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots).
Experience in automating processes involving UiPath Document understanding, IXP, desktop, web, Excel, Outlook, PDFs, and APIs.
Good understanding of RPA architecture, queues, REFramework, and exception handling.
Knowledge of best practices around logging, error handling, modularity, and reusable components.
Strong skills in VB.NET, C#, or other scripting languages used in UiPath.
Familiarity with document understanding, OCR tools, or AI Center is a plus.
Experience working with Azure DevOps as part of team sprint cycle.
Working knowledge of databases (SQL), web services (REST/SOAP), and basic networking concepts.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or equivalent certification.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Exposure to cloud-based environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Familiarity with CI/CD practices in RPA development.
