Element has an opportunity for a Facility Safety Health and Environmental SHE and Quality Manager. The SHE & Quality Manager role is a key role to ensure the organization operates efficiently through planning and implementing the company safety and procedural program within the facility. This position requires developing knowledge of and be trained in Safety, Health Environmental (SHE) and Quality Management System. The position will focus specifically on the SHE & Quality function reporting directly to the General Manager(s) overseeing multiple locations.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000/yr DOE
• Approve and process NOD’s
• Create Corrective Action Reports
• Conduct root cause analysis as needed for NOD’s and CAR’s
• Enter NOD’s and CAR’s into log
• Process OOT reports and research usage of the component
• Review Test Procedures for release
• Review Test Reports and Certificates for release to client
• Site representative at group QA meetings
• Monitor and control calibration activities, resolve problems that arise
• Track assigned monthly QAP training and conduct supplemental training as needed
• Conduct periodic management review
• Conduct internal audits
• Track customer satisfaction and log feedback as appropriate
• Participate in pre-test Hold point checklist preparation
• Periodic review and update of local SOP’s
• Review and comment on incoming RFQ’s and accepted test programs
• QA indoctrination for new employees
• Update the Org Chart as needed
• Keeper of the training jackets for everyone at the site
