Overview

Element is currently looking to hire a Client Development Coordinator for our growing team in Acton, MA. The function of the Client Development Coordinator is to: Support existing customer needs and in this role specifically, providing quotations to aid in implementing changes to their current registration with a focus on client follow up and set up.

Responsibilities

  • Supports, and coordinates the customer service group with quotations, extensions to scope and budgetary quotes to existing customers by responding to requests for current customers via phone, e-mail and virtual meetings (as required).
  • Works directly with all tasks as needed, including but not limited to helping obtain any missing/needed quote information, addressing client questions, and following up to obtain signed contracts.
  • Interfaces with Top Management personnel and/or the Technical Officers in order to obtain guidance for any quoting needs, client support or questions, in an effort to ensure that quotes are prepared as accurately and timely as possible
  • Manages the disposition and effective handling of details and special requests/considerations from clients, quotations from start to finish, as well as any quote support guidance provided by Top Management personnel, the Technical Officers, the Regional Sales team, and/or Client Support Representatives.
  • Acts as a liaison between potential and existing customers and company.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of the Company’s business plan by adhering to annual set pricing and set key performance indicators.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including but not limited to:
  • Ensures databases, drives and TEAMS tasks are updated timely and accurately
  • Reports delayed responses by any party, internal or external, immediately
  • Proactively provides updates on the status of any quote rejections
  • Drives the coordination of any needed client calls/meetings with support of Top Management personnel and/or the Technical Officers.
  • Collaborates directly with counterpart and direct manager when coverages are needed due to absences
  • Reviews the list of priority quote needs to ensure timely completion.
  • Actively participates as required in daily Operations Meetings
  • Adheres to established turnaround times for all tasks and proactively reports issues/roadblocks in advance
  • Support new business quotes/client set up as needed

Skills / Qualifications

  • At least 2 years business or professional office experience
  • Coordinator, processor and/or project manager experience preferred Experience with successfully organizing, managing and multi-tasking through large volumes of work in various stages of completion
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
  • Ability to navigate databases and Microsoft Office Suite products
