Element is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead-to-Cash (LTC) Transformation Manager to drive the modernization of our Order-to-Cash and Customer Management processes as part of our global ERP transformation. This role will support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across multiple legal entities and business units, enabling standardized, efficient, and scalable LTC processes.
You will play a key role in ensuring the successful adoption of D365 F&O, collaborating across functions to improve the customer experience, streamline revenue recognition, and integrate critical upstream and downstream systems including CRM (D365 CE), LIMS, Group CPM (Board), and billing platforms.
This position is hybrid, located in our Blue Ash GBS.
Rollout Leadership: Lead execution across waves, coordinating global and local teams to enable seamless LTC deployments in D365 F&O.
Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with Global Process Owners, Transformation Managers, Global Business Services, and Operational labs to migrate and optimize LTC processes.
Process Optimization: Standardize and refine processes including quoting, order management, billing, credit & collections, and customer master data.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Support test planning, execution, and defect resolution for functional and end-to-end testing scenarios.
Data Validation: Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer, order, and pricing data throughout the transition.
Change Management: Promote user adoption by understanding local nuances and aligning global standards through communication and training.
Training & Documentation: Contribute to training design, facilitate training sessions for end users and provide onboarding materials for new hires.
Hypercare & Support: Serve as a key point of contact during post-go-live stabilization, resolving issues and ensuring continuity of business operations.
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a functional expert for the full LTC lifecycle, offering guidance and support to business users and stakeholders.
SOP & Process Governance: Collaborate on defining and updating LTC-related SOPs and process documentation.
M&A Integration: Support integration planning and execution for acquired entities to align them with Element’s global LTC model.
5+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Billing, or Revenue Operations, with 2+ years leading or managing transformation initiatives.
Strong ERP experience, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or equivalent platforms (SAP, Oracle).
Experience with CRM-to-ERP integrations, especially D365 CE and F&O.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and validation.
Deep understanding of revenue cycle processes from customer setup through invoicing and collections.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and operational processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple levels of the organization.
Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of standard KPIs and reporting tools for monitoring customer, billing, and collections performance.
Travel requirement up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.
