Overview

The function of the Cyber Business Unit is to provide audits, assessments and certifications to various IT, Privacy and Cyber related standards including ISO 27001 (et al.) and CMMC. The SecureNQA Program is focused on CMMC assessment activity to ensure that assessment activities are performed in a highly professional and technical manner and that customer expectations are exceeded.
Additionally, this role will ensure that assessments performed are carried out by qualified assessors, that no
conflict of interest exists and that appropriate auditing time has been spent on each activity.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating all aspects of assigned assessments, including
    coordination with organization(s) and assessor teams as required.
  • Performing CMMC readiness assessments, certification assessments and POA&M
    assessments individually or as a part of a team.
  • Operating in accordance with the CMMC Code of Professional Conduct, NQA
    code of conduct and ISO 19011. (as applicable)
  • Identifying any conflict of interest issues, activities where the time allocated is
    insufficient and that they are qualified for the industry assessed.
  • Performing CMMC quality review activities as assigned.
  • Performing eMASS uploads and associated activity as assigned.
  • Being current with industry training and competence requirements.
  • Conducting additional CMMC assessments, business development, and
    operational activities as assigned.
  • Conducting additional assessments (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-171, etc.) as
    necessary.
  • Supporting business development needs, as requested (e.g. CMMC content
    development, sales team support/training, etc.).
  • Supporting Cyber Business Unit needs, as requested (e.g. CMMC program
    development, documentation, assessor training, operational support, etc.).

Skills / Qualifications

  • 3 + years related experience.
  • University degree or 4 years related experience and/or training.
  • CMMC CCP/CCA required; Lead CCA desired.
  • Associated Tier 3 determination, CMMC Assessor Code of Professional
    Conduct compliance.
  • ISO 27001 auditor credentials desired.
  • Knowledge of industry requirements
