As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a key member of the Aerospace & Energy (A&E) HR team whose primary responsibility is to provide high-quality, up to date and consistent guidance across all HR topics including but not limited to Talent Management, Engagement and Retention, Organizational Design and D, E&I. This role will support the PQT (Product Quality Testing) and Commercial Division within the A&E Business Unit.
In this role, you will serve as a creative problem solver working with senior leadership team to develop and deliver innovative people solutions for your customer group. This includes effectively transitioning between tactical HR tasks and strategic projects that will help ensure your customer group successfully delivers its strategic and financial goals.

Location: hybrid, 3 days in our Huntsville Alabama location.
Salary: up to 125K+ (plus bonus)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
Proven experience with an HR Business partnership, or HR operations role
Demonstrated ability to be part of a senior leadership team which achieves successful outcomes
Ability to meet deadlines, priorities and problem-solve in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a continuously evolving environment
Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel, IT literacy and experience with HR systems/data
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work and interact with all levels of colleagues across the company
Experience with integrating businesses
Travel will be required
