Overview

Unitek Technical Services, formerly an Element company which is now owned and operated by Kiwa, has an opportunity to join our team as a Program Coordinator.  The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Program Manager for a large customer program in Cincinnati, OH.  

 

This position will be a strong resources to support various functions and accountable for the technical, schedule and cost performance of assigned programs. This includes overall management of programs within the scope of company policies.

Responsibilities

• Give new DSQR candidates and new Quality Manager proper instructions.
• Assist if needed in applying for appropriate application accesses
• Maintain DSQR Paperwork (Active and Pending)
• Maintain DSQRs and Quality Managers in Sprofile
• Maintain Quality Manager Training Records
• Distribute RAAN’s to all qualified DSQRs & GEQRs
• Support DSQR related activities – forms, authorizations, payments, confirmations
• Track RAAN expirations, issue notifications to DSQRs and follow up on response
• Document agreements, approvals, certificates and maintain updated files in the box
and/or Sprofile
• Coordinate GEAJA DSQR Training
• Maintain training for Middle River
• Supplier Community updates on Unitek controlled forms
• Run internal audits from Sprofile on DSQR’s and QM’s as for dates and certifications
• Confirm no activity is scheduled if outstanding invoices/collections issue is pending
• Maintain and input GE Invoices from Main PO
• Monthly RAAN Audits
• Monthly Sprofile Audit

• Strong interpersonal skills with follow-up and and follow-through ability
• Coordinating the activities of TS’s in support of Customer requirements
• Interfacing with all levels of the customer and company management on a continual basis.
• Detect and resolve problems through sound decision-making and corrective action.
• Approve the hiring and or termination of Field support personnel in support of program.

• 2 year college degree or related experience required
