Unitek Technical Services provides supplier management, development, and related technical services to corporations around the world.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Enter monthly timecards for international support
  • Run/review and reconcile weekly receipts submitted for reimbursement to the program
  • Work with Payroll Administrator on data check reports
  • Ensure compliance of receipts and expenses to GSA and LMC contract
  • Develop and process weekly invoice files for all LMC customers
  • Make necessary adjustments to complete weekly pay/bill
  • Work with Payroll Administrator to ensure all time and expenses are compliant prior to payroll and billing
  • Weekly entries for all Aerojet items to Magnet system or as specified
  • Weekly review on paid line items and resubmit all non-compliant items in Magnet
  • Weekly invoice submittal to the LMC EXOSTAR DCI invoicing portal
  • Submit weekly invoice file to customer and reply to request to drive to closure
  • Make travel arrangements for Field Resources traveling on behalf of LMC when needed
  • Review and research weekly invoice rejections from customer and drive to closure
  • Log and track billing to customer (excel vs. DAX) immediately note and correct any discrepancies
  • Reconcile payment to invoice when payments are made
  • Research / resolve payroll / billing issues.
  • Process credits as necessary with proper backup
  • Process payroll adjustments as necessary in accordance to UTS policy and procedure
  • Continual communication with Field Resources regarding compliance
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Program Manager

Skills / Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must have strong MS Excel experience
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with follow-up and follow-through ability Form PH02, Rev. 8/25/11
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to change priorities and multi-task


MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 2 year college degree or related experience required

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS (IF ANY): Any and all certifications be will considered a plus

NTS TRAINING REQUIRED: All applicable training will be provided

WORKING CONDITIONS: General office environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel; crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
