Element has an opportunity for a Certification Typist to perform order entry of incoming test requests and other scheduled tasks under direction of Office Manager or detailed procedures. Perform technical review of client PO’s to ensure compliance.

Salary: $22/hr-$28/hr

• Compose, type and review of complex test reports/certifications
• Identify unique customer requirements and ensure the requests are met within the framework of a test certificate.
• Prioritizing work to be completed such that certificates are sent to clients on time
• Organizing and maintaining filing system for in progress and completed work orders
• Batch scanning completed work orders into Labman
• Access and operate within an array of external customer portals

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field
• Ability to interpret complex instructions and resolve
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events/projects in the community, with customers and within the company
• Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities
