Packaging Specialist

Job Locations US-CT-South Windsor


Element has an opportunity for a  Packaging Specialist to evaluate accuracy in documentation as well as packaging requirements for our aerospace customers. Use knowledge of products, manufacturing processes, equipment set-up, and packaging methods to assure that customers get their product back in the same condition as received and in a timely manner after testing has been performed.



  • Unpacking and packing of parts in preparation for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods 
  • Completion of paper documentation and data entry per established procedure
  • Perform visual inspection of parts to assure proper marking, quantity and integrity
  • Packing and unpacking of parts for all departments as required

Skills / Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years experience with data entry, documentation control or inventory management
  • Good communication skills with both employees and customersMust be able to remain focused in diligent in a busy working environment
