HRIS Specialist

Element has an opportunity for a new HRIS Specialist  to join our  global HR Management Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day support and maintenance of all Human Resource Management System (HRMS)  components, including but not limited to: data management, reporting, compliance, analysis, training, and process improvement, acting as Super User in all HR systems D365HR, Performance Management, ICIMS, LMS365 and Awardco.


Base location for this role is flexible (Central Time Zone Preferred) - working hybrid from one of our locations in WI, MN, IL, TX or IA.



  • Support the maintenance of multiple Human Resource Management System (HRIS) modules

  • Assisting in the  review, testing and implementation of system upgrades or patches

  • Monitor module interfaces and integration with primary HRMS (D365HR)

  • Maintains system data, system structures, code tables, etc. while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality 
  • Train and support system and end users on HR related software processes 
  • Serve as back up for Human Resources Staff as needed

Skills / Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in systems or HR related field
  • Minimum 3 years expeience with HR system setup/design, support, data management and reporting 
  • Able to develop various types of end-user written training materials/manuals/guides etc.
