Project Manager

Element has an opportunity for a Project Manager.  In this role you will be responsible for a multitude of assigned clients. This role is a key function in servicing our clients by ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to their demands and delivering efficient and excellent service.



  • Responsible for overall management of projects for a variety of clients including setting up new clients in LIMS and setting up all information relating to project
  • Effectively communicating a client’s needs to analytical lab to ensure a complete and accurate final report is issued in time frame established
  • Daily monitoring of work due and progression of high priority work orders
  • Assisting in creation and technical review of quotations within LIMS
  • Working with Accounts Receiving to resolve payment issues as they arise
  • Working with Sample Receiving to address issues with samples received
  • Client and off-site visits when required
  • Any other duties commensurate with the role of Project Coordinator/Manager

Skills / Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Science or Technology or equivalent experience
  • 2 years experience working in an administrative field or coordinating experience
  • Familiarity with EPA and RECAP methodology including testing hold times, sampling requirements, etc. to ensure a client is meeting site compliance with specified governing agency
