FPI Technical Coordinator

Element has an opportunity for a FPI Technical Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Analyst position performs a variety of routine and non-routine task assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate task results under Manager supervision. 



  • Performs duties comparable to that of a Senior Technician including but not limited to; Training junior technicians, understandinu of technical data, perform complex testing, etc. 
  • Act as a resource in routing customer questions / issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and keep abreast of changing customer needs
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with the sales team and business unit heads
  • Responsible and accountable for own work and for leading others within their lab or department
  • Complete customer follow-up emails and phone calls as required each day

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or NDT Level 3 preferred (or working toward it)
  • Must have Level 2 or Level 3 Certification on the applicable method (s) and complete level 2 training program on at least 1 additional NDT method
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a range of techniques in a logical and effective manner to develop solutions to NDT technical issues
